• ページ上部の「規定/API」から「肖像権の承諾書」を選択します。
  
• 「成人の肖像権に関する承諾書」「未成年者の肖像権に関する承諾書」「不動産、もしくは個人所有物の使用に関する承諾書」に該当するhtmlを開いてプリントアウトします。
• モデルになった方（個人所有物に関しては責任者）に情報を記入してもらいます。日本語表記で構いません。18歳以下のモデルの場合は「未成年者の肖像権に関する承諾書」となりモデルの保護者の名前とサインが必要です。
• その後、スキャンをして、jpgファイルとして保存してください。画像解像度(DPI)は高い必要はなく72dipで問題ありません。

この写真もベタです。西新宿の都庁の写真です。
最近写真は公開許可させるのに厳密な審査が入るところが多くなりました。
この写真もメジャーな写真である。アンダー気味という事で許可されなかったケースもあります。
ただ、ダメだからといいアップロードを躊躇していたら、許可される場合があるので、ダメ元でアップロードしています。

印刷対応ベクターデータによるマーク集です。
地方自治体が合併して新しい市町村名になる時公募していたマークを作った事がありました。
はっきり言ってボツネタ集です。ボツネタといえども数があれば公開ができます。自治体に採用されてしまったら問題になるので逆にボツネタでなくては公開はできませんが…

金閣寺（京都）写真です。
ベタなネタです。
上の写真が採用されたサイトもありますし、下の写真のみが採用されたサイトもあります。
サイトによってアンダー気味とかオーバー気味とか基準がちがいます。これはアップロードしてみなくては分からない感覚的なものもあります。
不採用を不安視しないでドンドン挑戦してみる事です。

京都の竹林の写真です。
これもベタなネタです。
上の写真より、下の写真が採用されたサイトが多いです。ただ、時間的に上の写真の方がかかっています。
観光客がよく通る道（亜流も観光客でしたが…）のため人が途切れるのを待ってシャッターを切りました。時には待つ事も必要ですね。

京都の鳥居写真です。
これは写真になったらどうなるのか、ちょっと撮ってみたかった作品です。
ほとんどのサイトで公開できました。ただやはり一度撮ってみると問題点も出てくるものです。今度リベンジに挑戦したいと思っています。
